Well, the decision on Hamdan v. Rumsfeld is in and the Supremes rose to the occasion and decided military tribunals are not constitutional in this case, which will have far-reaching consequences.

Isn't it great news? Mind you, if anything would 'sort of' save the Administration face it would be having to close it down even though you can still vehemently claim that you would not otherwise. But..I should not get all paranoid and just take it at face value and say, great and thanks. One down, more to go.
